In the spring of 1997, we purchased 80 acres just north of Rochester, MN, with the vision of making it a small hobby farm. Today, we raise over 50 head of cattle, 60 head of pigs, and 300 chickens.
In the summer of 2002, we began selling our products at the Rochester Downtown Farmers Market. We currently are a full time vendor at the Saturday, Wednesday, and Winter markets.
